Schedule 2 Charges Accident Recovery Charges for all vehicles above 3.5 tonnes.
In setting rates applicable to commercial recovery, the very nature of the work makes it extremely difficult to provide a fixed price menu to cover all eventualities. To control costs however all invoices are supported by photographic evidence. There are no charges added for vehicles or equipment on standby or specialist equipment not required. There are no extras to artificially inflate the invoice. All invoices will clearly define the use of all equipment, especially in such circumstances where the load is saved and affects the recovery. This will include time, equipment and manpower to separate the road risk from the Goods in Transit. Often the GIT insurer differs from the motor risk insurer and the costs can be apportioned fairly. |
